JW Marriott Hotel Ankara

Me and my family are staying here 3 weeks, and have to say that all the staff here from the front office, restaurant, pool area and the executive lounge have been absolutely amazing. I would like to give my special mentions to Tarik & Esma from the restaurant, for there great service also the hosts from the executive lounge have been fantastic.

Have spent 3 nights here while visiting Ankara from uk for a friends wedding. We had a warm welcome, helped with cases, and offered fresh lemonade while checking in. The room was immaculate, spacious, and luxurious. The gym was well equipped. Pool outside offered a relaxing break from sightseeing. Breakfast served until 10 am - I loved the freshly made omelette, plenty of choice from cereal, bread , meats, and pastries. The cleaning staff deserve a mention every day the room was checked, tidied, and fresh water supplied. The standard of the house keeping is the best I've ever experienced. Staff were all attentive it was a pleasure to stay here .

It was an extraordinary hotel, making for an exceptionally soothing business trip. I was awakened daily by the tantalizing breakfast offered by the hotel. Mr. Tanrik, a warm and attentive gentleman, deserves a special mention for being the most impressive! - Sideny

This JW should be a landmark in the CBD area in Ankara. It is quite spacious and accommodate most of the short-time business travelers, but I could still sense that the hotel management pays a lot of attentions to the details. Upon checking in, we received a warm welcome even when it was almost 38 celsies outside. During the entire stay, the concierge showed us how a knowledgable expert with willingness to provide attentive service looks like. The outdoor pool is truly a shining star of the hotel where we could just spend hours. The entire hotel staff were very professional and concerned with the experience of their guests from their service. Unlike Istanbul with countless historic buildings, Ankara seems more like a living museum of the history of founding father of Turkey. Even most of the traveller are for business, the executive lounge still provides a very cozy and family-friendly environment. Besides very high standard F&B, we found chess and a lot of interesting games there. The traffic in Ankara could be really worrisome especially during the peak hours. Luckily, we found metro station, which is just underground in the office building next door.

Tv in the room not operational Housekeeping entered to our room without knocking the door and I was undressed Staff not experience to deal with such small issues Beds not comfortable Manager did not even try to fix issues instead made such silly and greedy offers.
