Wonderful premises. The lakeside, pool, bar and restaurants were all fantastic. It's a big place with lots of space to walk around. Lots of greenery. Size of the room is massive.

Area is huge with a lake inside feels nice

Playing area for kids in the indoor section have very old . There are not much notes written for operating certain items like air hockey

"Very enjoyable and wholesome family vacation close to Bangalore!"

Traveling with 2 young kids the property had something to keep them engaged and we did not feel the need to step out of the property. Facility is week managed and staff very attentive. Multiple options to eat as well special mention of the italian bistro! Jacuzzi and hot shower in the suite was another highlight!

The suite room seating was inadequate and can be better!

The premises is old, the AC is not working, the facilities are broken down. The management has very poor response and tried to overcharge for every small thing.

The premises is old, the AC is broken down the shower is not working. The AC was leaking the management did nothing. They replies were uninterested. They had very poor organisation. The front desk didn't care. They overcharged us 5000 rupees for 2 hours early check in. Very poor facilities and the food was mediocre, with breakfast being only idli and vada.

Property is spacious and have restaurant options. Food was good. Staffs are good.

Sofas were torn. Inspite of high costs, bike rides and air hockey were charged separately which i felt is very unnecessary. Their charges are too high but the toiletries were biotique products which you will find in low end hotel stays. Food prices were also extremely high like special chef rates. But actually locally made. High tea was very average which was included in the package. When i searched for 2 adults + 2 children, the room was listed as booking option but when i booked it automatically deleted 2 children for a cottage room. Which i do not understand at all. and they charged huge prices for our children at per person basis which was very unfair.
