"Disappointing"

You cant make contact with receptionist. When we left we wanted to hand over keys as we need to get through a security gate and she did not answer any of the calls. Eventually we had to open the gate and my wife had to drop keys nearest to her to get out of the gate in time.

It was clean

Double Bed was uncomfortable , not appropriate to expect people to sleep on such a horrible bed, the 2 plate stove was old and slow, not easy to use at all, tv was small, limited dstv channels. The pool is dirty. Advertising was false.
