Great Location , Friendly Reception

I loved how friendly the staff was and I also loved the privacy of the apartment and. That it's fully equipped

The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. We were met by a very friendly woman Felicia, who showed us how everything worked.

Although the kitchen was well appointed with all the appliances we could possibly need, Coffee and Sugar sachets would be much nicer than a half a can of Ricoffy and sugar in a pickle jar

I think the owners couldve been abit more concerned about their guests and making their stay comfortable. They left the manager to handle the situation. Owner didnt want to contact me as the guest, I was told I had to call her. We checked out after being there for 2 nights and then the owner only paid back half my money when it should have been more. We accepted being there for 2 nights and happily paid for 2 nights considering there was no water to flush toilets, shower, brush our teeth or even make a cup of tea. We had to take water out the swimming pool to flush the toilet and ended up going to family to shower. We chose the accommodation due to its location and it was easy to get to places from there. Property definitely needs some TLC Manger Felicia was amazing, answered my calls and was easy to get along with and so friendly.

No breakfast for the price

No one opened for us, we stood outside for 10 mins. When we left we had to go inside and find someone to assist us, we left the keys with a girl inside the house, then we received a message stating they could not find the keys. This place was not value for money.
