"Hotel needs to spend on maintenance and follow SOP"

Flexible and responsive management . Good food for breakfast. Centrally located.

Poorly maintained. Customer has to tell the hotel what is not right in the room.No proactive room checks from hotel before accepting the customer .Very noisy in night. No trained maintenance staff with the hotel.kitchen smoke fills the room through AC ducts. No exhaust fans in the room

I made a booking at this property for my parents who came for vacation to Kerala and this was by far one of the best places they've stayed in Kerala. The staff, the rooms, the amenities, the breakfast ... Everything was spot on!
