There was a lady staff I believe she is the manager..she is the only good customer oriented staff there & the housekeeping was good

One side of the hotel has 0 view infact it’s a wall of the building & but twin bed rooms have a better view.. the lady I believe the manager was customer oriented the other staff hardly even wishes the customers coming in.. I was in the 4th floor and the sounds from 5th such as moving objects and dragging tables just ruins everything including the ears… & the breakfast buffets was not upto mark as well..
