Location & young man who helped take our bags upstairs

No elevator, no space in bathroom for toiletries, had to unscrew light bulb to turn on/off lamp next to bed...chain was missing. Floors slanted due to advanced age of building. Breakfast not great. Front Desk staff dull, not friendly or helpful. Only one gal was just ok when we arrived. Way over priced.

"Fun vacation in a great location!"

Both pools were very nice & clean. Breakfast was typical of included buffet style breakfasts. Room was spacious enough, bathroom was small.

Iguanas at the pool daily looking for cheese & excrement all over the pool deck. This should have been hosed down every night & was not.
