El baño muy pequeño ,la ducha sin agua caleiente

La cama vieja arañada ,la habitación muy incomoda,,no es cómoda pague por dos noches trate que el pago fuera por una noche, me dijeron que tenia que hablar con uds,traté no se pudo el parqueo del hotel son 25 dolares por noche pague por dos noche y al final solamente use la primera noche y perdí el pago de la segunda noche del hotel y del parqueo cuando amaneció del primera noche nos fuimos de hotelucho de mala clase,no pudimos comunicar con booking para reclamar el dinero de la segunda noche no hubo atención, con esa experiencia de ese compania de hotel y con booking nunca más trataremos de hacer reserva perdimos la mitad del dinero 200 dolares de una noche más 25 por noche de parqueo, así que al final 226 dolares y no se disfruto la primera noche

Location & young man who helped take our bags upstairs

No elevator, no space in bathroom for toiletries, had to unscrew light bulb to turn on/off lamp next to bed...chain was missing. Floors slanted due to advanced age of building. Breakfast not great. Front Desk staff dull, not friendly or helpful. Only one gal was just ok when we arrived. Way over priced.
