Quiet, close to lower end of Duval. Included breakfast and happy hour, which is fun. The pool was great

Used the rental bikes and they could have been in better condition. The chain on one bike came off a few times during our ride

It was clean and in a decent location

Inconvenience…the parking sucked, the staff was ok, there were stairs that made luggage inconvenient, our room was crowded and tight.

Very comfortable great beautiful beds good breakfast very nice staff.

It's was awesome breakfast snacks wine pool everything was so relaxing

Location was the only positive thing. However there were plenty of other places to stay in the surrounding area so I would always opt for somewhere else in that location from here on out.

The staff was unfriendly immediately upon check in. The rooms were beyond filthy: dirty and not disinfected, peeling paint, rotting cabinetry in bathrooms due to water damage, broken furniture, stained sheets, no secure doors (balcony as well as no weather stripping on main hotel room door), stains on the towels. We refused our first room and waited for a new room which was only slightly better than the first but still filthy. We had a wedding to get to within an hour of checking in and all other hotels were booked up therefore we were forced to stay in order to have somewhere to sleep. Many complaints were made to management and no calls were returned.
