"It is really disppointed, and pissed me off of their services."

Disspointed to this hotel

I check in about 12.45pm on 6 mar, however this is really bad experience for me. The hotel still under renovation, when we come out from hotel to room, the 1st floor are renovating, place is dirty and not safety at all. I booked 2 guest, however, they serve only one towel, 1 set of toothbrush, without comb, without shaver, without shower cap Also, didnt serve drinking water.. This is my 4th time stay in this hotel, however, this time really dissapointed. However, the worst part is 1st floor renovating, it is really bad bad bad environment for guest. I m totally disppointed to Lemontree allow Key hotel to operate the hotel which is not safe for any guest… It is ridiculous…. If u need the photo and video, i can send and share.
