No breakfast/coffee

I always stay with this hotel Everytime I travel here for the work . The owner is super sweet and trust worthy. She also does an excellent job keeping her place safe and very clean. May God Bless her and her business.

Can't think of anything.

Most everything. Facility wasn't clean. Looked like dirt splattered on the walls. Sheets looked dirty. Floor looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while. No breakfast was served as advertised. Mold above trash can in bathroom. Not enough handicap rooms. They told us the place was booked up but yet we never saw anyone and very few cars in parking lot. Lobby was closed off to public.

There was no open area. Everything seemed sealed off. Very strange

Everything was clean and it was quiet.

Not a good one. Found used face towel hanging on the shower curtain rod and a towel laid down in the bath tub.

No one at front lobby and everything was closed off

Would not stay here again! Felt unsafe and was not comfortable at all!!

The staff member I met was friendly, and our room smelled and looked clean. It was conveniently located for my purpose.

The lobby was located behind locked doors and shut off from the customers entering the hotel, which gave an odd first impression. Our room had a king size bed, but it only had three small pillows. They were small enough that each of us needed two to prop ourselves up while watching TV to wind down before bed. I don’t know why they were stingy with them. I did not call down to ask for another, so I’m not sure if the issue would have been resolved. Our room did not have easily accessible bedside outlets to plug our devices into. My husband and I had to pull the mattress from the wall to locate an outlet to charge our phones overnight, so we could keep them close enough for us to use the alarm. If management could purchase lamps that have a usb in the base, it would alleviate this issue.
