Best Way Inn Cleburne

The lobby was always closed and locked day and night. I don't know why. On entering the whole motel did not smell very pleasant. Towels! There were two towels, two wash rags, and one hand towel. All very thin and worn. We had to ask for more towels, soap and shampoo. The soaps and shampoo were tiny foil packets. The air conditioner was noisy but the room stayed cool for the most part. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of granite with a pad on it. The bathroom door has water damage because the shower curtain doesn't' keep the water from spilling out, and the water puddles on the floor at the door and bathtub. Maintenance seems to be something they do not spend a lot of money on. I know it was kind of low budget but I expected a little better.

Very basic hotel. Room was good sized. Bed comfortable. Good TV. No frills, but a very relaxing 3 day stay while visiting family.

No attendant at desk. Locked lobby. Ring bell or call.??? Woman appeared but did not speak, gave me key and left. Narrow hall around locked lobby led to elevator. When i came down this morning, i saw that the dining area was also behind the locked, social, area of the motel. The lady did give me two fruit bars. I suppose that was "breakfast". Will never return to this property.

I liked the price that I didn't like was the rooms were Best to describe as well worn

While You get what you pay for, overall just not a great facility. Sheets and beds and stains, overall bad smell in the hallways, ended up leaving reservation early due to smell and room cleanliness, but would not give a refund. Would not recommend staying here untill significant improvements are made.

The lady at the desk was very nice. And the room was clean.

Not a hotel I will stay at any time soon. Bathroom/Shower was one of the only thing I like about hotel.

The wifi was not workimg my laptop, they probably need mo re megabytes to the ones they probably has.Breakfast was none existent even if they said it was included in the price.The lobby was out of bounds so there was no where to seat and relax around the property.for the prices they were charging i dont know what to say.They did gave us an early check in and that was considerate because we had 2 small children with us.
