Best Way Inn Cleburne

The room was a nice size and very clean

Nice value. All depends on what you want, I was traveling and arrived late and left early in the morning. The place offered good value for my needs and seemed clean.

The facility was clean. Great location, on a road less traveled! Very quiet.

No continental breakfast.

Wi-Fi was not very good. Kept trying to get connected but it never worked.

The cleaning lady tried to open our door without knocking when we were in the room. The bottom of the bathroom door was all shredded. The lobby bathroom was out of order. The sitting area by the lobby had rugs and stuff all stored in it. It was mostly clean.

I didn't stay the owner of the hotel canceled my reservation once I arrived and refused to take my payment for my stay so I don't have any experience that I can positively speak on. The staff is rude the hotel is mediocre and they need to work on their customer service skills because they have none whatsoever
