"I would go back"

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very worth the price I paid. If and when I go back to Dexter, I will stay here. I do recommend this hotel,

This hotel is a decent option if you need a cheaper room. The room I stayed in smelled really musty. The carpet under the ac unit was wet. My aunt and uncles room smelled like old cigarettes. (Was a non-smoking room). The place really should be updated. No continental breakfast. Just a few pastries and coffee.

WHEN CHECKING TOLD WAS SMOKING ROOM REQUESTED NON SMOKING TOLD ONLY AVAILABLE WOULD BE $30 MORE.ROOM HAD WINDOW OPEN MUSTY STRONG SMELL OF SMOKE,OUTDATED BUT OTHERWISE CLEAN.would not use again

A fridge & microwave in the room, USB outlets, hair dryer were good. The bed was comfortable. The room was smaller than last time I stayed. The outlet near the sink didn't work so no dryer function, coffee maker was broken & filthy inside the water tank. Breakfast was served but disappointing, a few muffins& danish, no milk, juice or cereal & water for tea was lukewarm.

Decent place, rooms were fitting for this grade of hotel, probably the best place in Dexter to stay. Owner/Manager very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

"Glad I made this reservation"

I was happy to know I made this reservation when I arrived and noticed the No Vacancy Sign on the door. I was greeted by the host and he took my information and we chatted a bit about the nature of my stay. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. When I travel in that direction again I'll be sure to use this location.
