Love the water side room, generous breakfast and super helpful staff

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Very accommodating. Was not happy that the pool was closed for renovations but the property offered other things to do.

Check-in area needs attention. Dingy & old. Room needed updating. Not as advertised, pictures on their site are at least 20 yrs old.

Older quaint motel. Very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the river from our own patio was nice. Nice hit from Continental breakfast. Needs to be updated and full double beds were ok but prefer queen

Our room was fairly large with a counter to eat on and two comfortable queen size beds. Loved the back patio which overlooked the river. You can see Canada across it. Very relaxing sitting there in Adirondack chair with my coffee and a book.

Floor was filthy- areas of dirt around chairs. Pieces of food wrappers between bed and wall where you could tell no one swept/vacuumed. 4 people reserved in room and 2 towels provided. Water reservoir for keurig was disgusting. Attempted to grab some coffee to go from free breakfast & dispenser not working. Unable to find anyone to help fix it. TV didn’t work. Overall not worth the price paid. Too bad bc there is such potential.

Overall, an average stay. It was neither the best nor the worst experience. It felt a bit tired, yet the room was bright and warm for a winter stay.

Staff was kind, helpful and accommodating

The previous 2 times we went here we ended up in a much better room. This time the beds were placed so close to the walls that you could barely fit between the bed & the wall (on the wall side). There was a coffee maker but only caffeinated coffee was available in the room (no decaf, no hot chocolate). The hallway leading to the room had 3-4 lights but only the one at the near end was lit so it was VERY dark when we went to find our room at the far end of the hall. On the positive side: The staff were nice. The hot breakfast was FREE and was very good.
