Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Häufiger Zugang zu a la Carte Restaurants zu Lunch und Dinner (Menü wiederholt sich dann) möglich und die Qualität war gut. Im Hauptrestaurant war 24h Essen möglich. Saubere, gepflegte und schön angelegte Anlage. Auf Wunsch täglicher Handtuchwechsel. Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, auch wenn es oft lange gedauert hat. An den Pools waren immer Lifeguards. Wir konnten nach Checkout die Anlage bis Abreise nutzen und sogar noch im Courtesy Room duschen.

Unter „premium 5* ultra luxury“ haben wir etwas anderes verstanden. Hotelanlage direkt in der Anflugschneise zum Flughafen Heraklion, die Flüge sind laut und gehen bis nach Mitternacht. Essen in der Kantine ist laut und viel Trubel. Am Hauptpool spielt der DJ ganztags laute Musik aus den 80-2000er Jahre, die echt nervt, wenn man sich im Urlaub erholen will. Die Kinderbetreuung ist mit 3 engagierten jungen Damen üppig besetzt, aber die Ausstattung und Spielplatz ist für Dreijährige, so dass ältere Kinder ab 5 nicht hingehen bzw. schnell gelangweilt sind. Der Shabby Chick der Zimmer muss einem gefallen, sieht einfach und abgewohnt aus. Das Bad war abgenutzt. Das Zimmer wurde zwar auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt, aber war ab dem ersten Tag nicht wirklich sauber (trotz extra Tipp) und mussten öfter um Nachreinigung bitten. Drumherum ist nichts, so dass ein Taxi oder Mietwagen für die Erkundigung der Umgebung erforderlich ist. Das Abendprogramm hat sich nach einer Woche wiederholt.

Well maintained , compact resort. Green, clean, with wonderful private beach. Very nice inner spaces for shopping, playing, multiple bars for drinking. Staff was generally professional and welcoming. Option of babu menu really helped us with our 9 month old. Pools are heated and allowed swimming in late may. Spa was good including great indoor heated pool. Food generally was ok. Our room was very close to the beach and offered wonderful views. Free of charge daily refilling of mini fridge in the room was great.

Food quality at the restaurants with reservation was surprisingly not good and quite low (we visited the asian restaurant). We think there should be a towels points for exchanging pool towels at the poolside. Safety issues: main pool surroundings was very slippery. I fell to the ground while holding the baby and other guests fell also. The first few steps entering the pool should have protected surfaces against falling. The toilet section in our room needed renovation. The window was broken and no proper glass was there around the bathtub. We think there should be a mini golf facility and a basketball court. There arent much spaces for young 6-12 month babies. There should be a baby room specifically for those ages.

Lovely hotel near the beach and relaxing location. Not far from the town you can get a taxis and was safe. Hotel was like a palace very beautiful! Food was delicious and all the restaurants were accommodating to your food requirements. Buffet was plentiful. Staff were helpful and happy! Rooms were large and fridges was well stocked, nice to have a turn down service in the evening. No complaints!
