Nice hotel facilities overall. Buffet with large selection.

Had to change room as 1st one had issue with water flush + "land view" was actually a wall view with window giving on a small corridor, very little light and no privacy as people passing by just in front. 2nd room had a strong noise that couldn't be fixed thoughout whole week.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived we received a cold towel and welcome drinks while we were checking in. The receptionist upgraded our room which was very kind however unfortunately that room had a faulty door. When we reported this to the reception and requested a room in the main building the reception team were amazing and very accommodating. We were provided with an even better room. Of course we were lucky and I know every traveller may not experience this but regardless the staff listened to our needs and provided us with what they could. There is a lot of variety when it comes to the buffet food and the a la carte restaurants. As my family and I have dietary needs the restaurant staff were very understanding and accommodating. We were also able to order dishes in advance. The beach was really close to the resort about a minute away. This resort is perfect for a relaxing all inclusive holiday and family friendly.
