בלילה הראשון קיבלנו חדר עם ריח של עובש מאוד חריף החליפו לנו מייד למחורת אבל מלון רציני לא נותן בחיים לאף לקוח חדר ברמה ירודה כזו מלחתחילה האוכל היה טוב אבל כבר ביום הראשון כבר לא היה ניתן לבצע הזמנות למסעדות זה לא רציני

We were there towards the end of September. Still plenty of people and busy enough. Staff are awesome and helpful. Food was plenty and got too much by day 4. Property could do with some renovations and maintenance!

מלון מהמם! אין מה להגיד. מתוקתק, צוות אדיב, מתקנים מסודרים. אחלה אוכל ומסעדות טעימות! הדבר היחיד שהתבאסנו עליו היה החדר. חדר מספר 231 מלא נמלים.. פרקט שהולכים עליו ועושה רעש מטורף! מקלחת ושירותים ברמה נמוכה מאוד!! מלא מעופפים בגלל שהשירותים לא מאווררים (ללא חלון או ונטה). כל השאר היה מהמם! אמליץ.

The hotel is simply perfect! The food was absolutely amazing - the variety, the freshness, and the abundance were beyond expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and genuine interest. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and cared for. Truly the best hotel in the world, and without a doubt, we will be returning!

The evening shows were very enjoyable, and we would have loved if they continued a bit later, until around midnight.
