Razoável, chegamos no hotel tarde da noite e após os procedimentos de check in tive que retornar até a recepção pois o frigobar do quarto nao estava abastecido! O quarto é amplo mas estava com cheiro de mofo. Durante a noite notamos que o ar condicionado estava congelado e não refrigerava o quarto, fazendo escorrer água no móvel abaixo, gerando o cheiro de mofo que sentimos ao chegar no quarto. Detalhes que poderiam melhorar a experiência do hóspede!

Lugar incrível, melhor opção em Canoa Quebrada. Ótimo atendimento, café da manhã completo, piscina para todas as idades e com vista para o mar. Quarto bem confortável, com ar condicionado, apenas faltando lugares pra pendurar roupas. Torneira e chuveiro são mais velhos, o que ficava vazando agua.

Hotel com área comum muito boa. Necessário se deslocar de carro para a praia e broadway. Estacionamento com poucas vagas e sem coberta. Funcionários bem treinados e corteses, à exceção do serviço de auxílio de bagagem que, por tamanha demora no check in e check out, desistimos de usar em ambas ocasiões. Ficamos em um apartamento standard. Estrutura boa, cama confortável. Porém, o ar condicionado estava com problema (controle desconfigurava, não gelava a contento). Não nos trocaram de acomodação e fomos orientados pelo senhor da manutenção a deixar o ar condicionado sempre ligado. Ao final da estadia, o ar condicionado estava vazando para dentro do quarto. Também podiam ser mais atenciosos na limpeza, pois os interruptores estavam sujos e havia poeira nas janelas.
