Excelente atendimento,mas o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando,prontamente me trocaram de quarto,mas isso é um problema geral,falta manutenção nos quartos,e a limpeza não foi feita,tive q solicitar apenas as trocas das toalhas!

😊: Wunderschönes, großes und gepflegtes Schwimmbad. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ganze Unterkunft sehr sauber. Für uns beste Posada / bestes Hotel in Canoa Quebrada ☹️: Zu wenig Ablagefläche in Zimmer und Bad Keine Sonnenschirme um das Hauptschwimmbad Qualität des Essen im Restaurant nur durshschnittlich (inkl. Frühstück ). Unterkunft bräuchte in gewissen Bereichen eine Modernisierung (Türen, Moskitoschutz, Safe, Dusche)

Tiveram problemas de falta de energia durante o dia 1 de janeiro quase que por 12h....e no dia 2 de janeiro também...em que foram quase 12h também...o hotel deveria ter um gerador para essas ocasiões

"Maravilhosa "

Muito boa. As instalações são muito boas. Quarto amplo, porém escuro. A tv não tem muitas opções e as imagens são ruins. Os funcionários são super atenciosos. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização tb é ótima. Gostei muito, em outra estadia em Canoa Quebrada me hospedo no Long BEACH novamente
