As áreas externas são realmente muito bonitas, todos podem acessá-las , de modo que não vale a pena pegar um quarto mais caro, pois não tem diferencial nenhum, os quartos “melhores” tem o básico também. Outro ponto é, vc não pode consumir NADA que não seja do hotel nas áreas comuns, não pude abrir um champanhe e tirar foto com meu bolo de ANIVERSÁRIO (que era o único motivo pra eu estar lá), consumo dentro do hotel é loucura, preços fora da realidade! O quarto que fiquei tinha uma porta que fazia barulho a noite toda e tava empoeirado de modo que tive uma crise de rinite. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, no mais, pode melhoras bastante.

O hotel não está com boa manutenção e a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. Houve um probleminha na sustentação da rede do quarto e minha amiga caiu.idso é muito perigoso e o hotel deveria cuidar dessa questões

Hotel muito bom, porém não é falado que a vista jardim é do outro lado da rua, tendo o hóspede que se deslocar bastante para, restaurante, piscina, bar. Áreas de lazer comum…

Tivemos um excelente período long beach Aracati. As acomodações bem aconchegantes e agradável. Bom atendimento com funcionários(as) atenciosas e gentis. A limpeza do local é boa! Incluindo área de piscina e banheiros. Ficamos hospedados em período de baixa temporada e tudo estava bem tranquilo. Não sabemos se este padrão é mantido com alto movimento. Mas os preços de comida e bebidas no hotel são muito abusivos e bem acima de qualquer estabelecimento comercial (mesmo em locais turísticos).

O hotel é lindo, os funcionários são maravilhosos. Só as acomodações dos quartos do jardim que deixa a desejar. O quarto onde fiquei é tão pequeno que chega a ser sufocante e o banheiro faz a gente esbarrar no vidro do box e nas paredes. No demais, é tudo muito bom. Café da manhã perfeito! Uma ótima localização. Recomendo.
