We would like to thank Team Sofitel wholeheartedly for a very successful LANXESS event We have received praises from our colleagues and guests which we would like to convey to entire team at Sofitel Aaron, Akshay, Anwesha your help in concluding our contract and Aaron/Akshay’s help in a planned implementation made a huge difference Your entire team of Vishal, Mahesh, Sairaj, Mandar, Karthik, Chelladurai, Pramod, Sachin, Chayan, Yash, Shani were solid pillars of on ground support during the event. From Champagne/Bar to food and service , team took care of every little detail. Lastly Chef Abhishek and his team delivered a sumptuous meal including seasons favourite Mangoes and Chocolates. Our guests were delighted and gave excellent feedback on food/spread, presentation and service. This was our back to back to back event in Sofitel. We are glad we chose Sofitel over other options. Team Sofitel made LANXESS gain a good impression. We went back home completely satisfied and delighted

Sofitel BKC Mumbai has been a wonderful hotel. During my recent stay at the hotel, I was provided efficient check-in by Front Office Executive. The front office and House keeping staff have been very friendly and prompt in providing their services to the guests. House keeping Executive Aditya provided excellent service as and when needed. Khusboo provided quick check-out formalities at the front office. Breakfast served in the Pondicherry café has been very well spread out comprising all types of cuisines. Dinner at Tuskers Vegetarian Restaurant: As I have restriction in food intake and only consume healthy food, I informed Santosh about customizing our food. Santosh called Chef Naresh to take a note of our specific food requirement. The restaurant provided excellent food at the dinner during our stay. I extend my appreciation to Chef Naresh, Santosh and Prajwal for customizing our meals as per our requirements and serving us excellent food. Prime location in BKC, Lovely people! I interacted with Kushboo at the reception and with Tanmoy in the restaurant, I absolutely loved the hospitality that they provided. The rooms were nice, everything was well maintained. No complaints. I’ll definitely be back here.

Had breakfast at Pondicherry Café in Sofitel BKC. Honestly, the spread was really small and lacked variety, which was pretty disappointing for a 5-star property. But the hospitality completely saved the day. Keona and Tanmoy were super warm and attentive, and their amazing service really made our morning.
