The shower was nice with rainfall showerhead, and the beds were comfortable.

It seemed clean in the room until I found some kind of marital aid underneath the head of one of the bed while I was looking for my phone I had misplaced (I was very uncomfortable with having come in contact with something of that nature) which was followed by an old half eaten Carl's Jr cookie and its wrapper in same place (each bed had about 12 inches between the lower portion of the bed frame and the wall while the platform and mattress sit flush with the wall, items were in the gap and would've been discovered by housekeeping if it were swept more thoroughly.) I should also mention that this booking was the second night of my stay, I originally booked through the front desk for the first night, and upon waking up late for checkout, I went ahead and booked another night online for the exact same room (which typically in my experiences, would negate late fees for not leaving in time for check-out because it eliminates potential loss of revenue; if i had known that it would cost the same as the initail cost of the first night in fees i wouldn't have booked another night ) $94.92 (1st night) + $40 (late check out fee) + $50 (additional fee I wasn't notified of) + $101 (2nd night through booking.com) bring the grand total to$285.92 for two nights in a hotel with minimal amenities (no pool, no gym, no room phone, no scenery) TV remote batteries were dead, one of the bed spreads looked not so clean. I was told that they were going to charge a late fee after I had booked the second night but didn't notify me of any other additional charges before seeing them on my statement as well as double charging me for the $40 fee initially then reversing the second charge, I was never contacted again or got any information about the additional $50 charge.

The room was very clean and newly remodeled. The shower was an interesting design, similar to standing under a gentle waterfall. The staff was really friendly.

The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. There was yoghurt, cheese sticks, instant oatmeal, juice, bars, and fruit. The owner said they were planning to expand the lobby into a dining room where they could serve waffles, etc.

Very clean & well furnished. HVAC worked well. Secure location. Facilities are well maintained.

Outdated, worn out everything! The shower was dripping all night. The promised breakfast starts at 7 (!) and they only offer coffee. No toiletries in the bathroom!!! The bed was squicky and the mattress still in plastic wrapping. The shower is too tiny. The fan is extremely loud. Lots of complaints.
