They don’t follow this as per California law not heating in room it is not at all heating just a. Here is the law Under California Civil Code Section 1941.1, a building is considered substandard and therefore not livable if it lacks adequate heating facilities. The heating system must be maintained in good working condition by the landlord. This is not followed by landlord and where her employee told that it is chill I h out side then manger told to give portable heater which is against the California law and when I ask refund owner told do way ever you want to do so look at they way you to talk with customer at night 10:00 am instead of helping customer me to be with portable heater I want customer who face like me please join and write review and complain to county and state for with me. I told I am asthma patient cannot live in cold she say I can do is give portable heater no refund. After fighting they gave me another room else where can we go in this chilling night other than in car after paying$195 with tax for room.the heater was not working it is 22nd December night

Great quiet location in Ridgecrest. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Good TV.

The price includes breakfast, however, this is minimal! Good coffee though.
