Clean comfortable room. Nicer than it looked on the outside

Postage stamp bathroom. And NO HOT WATER!! Insane! We were there on a cold rainy day and di not appreciate a cold shower.

Stains on the bed, moved to a new room, bugs in the shower, Jass is a very rude manager and needs to work on owning up to her mistakes. I did not appreciate getting blamed for the uncleanliness :( Service from employees was very good though. Overall I did not enjoy my experience here :,)
