En general la estancia es buena, comparada con otros hoteles, pero la habitación es fría y los calefactores no funcionaban. En una ocación vi un par de bichos.

Room was so nice and the service was also good

The smell of room seems to be a little bad. The staff was friendly support.

This is a good hotel with nice breakfast. Location is good for visiting companies both in central and north Shenzhen since it is located in the upper middle part of Shenzhen. Close walking distance to the large North Railway Station if you want to go by train or subway.

Hôtel très correct et bien situé, non loin de la gare centrale nord et un arrêt de bus se trouve en face de l'hôtel. Il y a la possibilité de réserver un chauffeur directement à l'hôtel pour vous emmener à l'aéroport, le prix est un peu plus cher que le taxi, mais c'est vraiment très correct et le service est top.

Hotel looks nice on the surface and room is quite functional. Some problems. The exercise room is basically useless. Old and terrible equipment. Internet is just lousy. Difficult to get on and very unstable.

Older hotel. Breakfast was marginal at best. Beds are hard (typical of China). The reason it was chosen was quick access to the Shenzhen Bei train station.

I was asked by the staffs to pay extra for the breakfast. It was supposed be included in my purchase After I pay for the extra, the front desk called me again and said they gave me the wrong price and the price need to be higher. I'm very unhappy with this. The bathroom is not clean. It is out of order after a few times of usage.

This hotel staff has no English speaking skills. Room service is horrible and the only good thing is free breakfast.
