Arrived at hotel and staff were very helpful. Somehow we were given a smoking room, and they immediately fixed the issue after we discovered it.

Complimentary breakfast was quite good.

Best hotel for the value of your money can't beat that

When we take train to Guilin from Shenzhen we were stayed here. I liked their service but not hotel condition.

Overall experiences were good as we have 17 pax in total with 2 less mobility old folks & 3 young children. They told us to rest @ lobby restaurant & serves up the warm lemon water while waiting for them to arrange for our rooms. We decided to have our late dinner @ the restaurant due to our conditions even they recommended us to try out the local foods across the street. The restaurant servant was caring enough as only 1 chef left in duty in that hour (abt 10pm+), she make sure all our orders are serves right & fast.

My stay started with the staff not being able to locate my reservation for about 15 minutes. This is the first time this has happened. I patiently waited as they searched, and 15 minutes later I had my key. I had booked the executive room. The room itself was nice, but it wasn't very welcoming. The bed was OK. It wasn't the most comfortable I have slept in, but the down comforter was nice. The bathroom sink must have been clogged with who-knows-what because after washing my hands every time it took several minutes for it to drain. I didn't particularly like looking at the remnants of toothpaste in the sink after brushing, but that's what was left over after the water slowly drained away. The next thing that bothered me was that the internet was atrocious. You could either use a LAN cable or the wifi. The wifi went on and off every 5 minutes or so, and I couldn’t ever get a stable connection. Using the LAN cable wasn't any better. I know the internet in China isn't that fast, but I would have rather used a 56K modem than what they offered. During the second night of my stay the power in my room kept going out. It must have gone out over 15 times. Overall I would have to rate this hotel as one of the worst experiences I have had in China. If I need to return to Shenzhen for business I will definitely be looking elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same if you haven't already.

Hotel management should standby more staff during peak hour. I've been waiting for 30mins to check out and I'm in rush to Airport, the waiting time is really frustrating.

This has been one the most laughable experiences I've had in all of my travels. My business partner and I dropped off two loads of laundry and asked multiple times what the rates would be, but received no answer. Thinking, well what's the worst it can, be we left it with them. It was $180. We actually thought we were reading it wrong at first. They charged $3 per pair of socks... socks that could be purchased up the street for $0.3. $180 for about 20 minutes of work. When we tried to explain that this was completely ridiculous considering that rate was the same as almost 3 full nights accommodations, they did absolutely nothing but offer us two free sodas. Beyond that, the gym is one of the sorriest gyms I've ever seen, with literally only two of the 7 pieces of equipment working properly. The AC in the room even when maxed out is subpar. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here though if you're actually looking for what is advertised.
