This is my second time at the Ramada Navi Mumbai. Just as good as the first time even though it was off season. All the staff have always been courteous and helpful. Reception staff go above and beyond and the staff in the Golden Jade like Ashish are wonderful. Service with a smile. Everyone from security to bellmen cannot do enough. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you all the staff at Ramada Wyndham!

To answer the two key questions always asked to gauge customer satisfaction: Would I recommend this hotel to a friend - Absolutely yes! Would I go there again - Absolutely yes!! The last stay was my 3rd time there. Location - For my requirements great. Uber are always available for pick up & drop off. Gate, security, door personnel - All very courteous and helpful always Main Reception desk - Staff are extremely welcoming. attentive, efficient and extend the utmost courtesy & care always. Rooms - Everything you need and expect from a luxury hotel. Very well equipped. Good housekeeping services. Restaurant for Breakfast - Good buffet selection and variations introduced every day. Great service. Restaurant & Bar - Simply excellent food provided from a very good selection on the menu. My special request to have non-spicy (no chili) food was carefully managed and every dish (Vegetarian) I requested was delicious beyond expectations. (I got to meet the chef and had the opportunity to tell him how delighted I was with every meal). All the serving staff are very helpful, jovial and attentive. The bar staff also very switched on, engaging & happy to oblige. Restaurant stays open from noon all day till around 23:00, which is a boon if your day needs flexibility. With 2 lifts working all the time, access to rooms & lobby is very good and the air conditioning in the lobby is excellent (which in 35 degrees is a blessing) Always been a great, no fuss, everything you need, comfortable stay there. Thank you.

The positives far outweigh any little niggles one may have but to be fair here goes. The wifi does cut out from time to time but never completely out. They do host corporate events and, as the location is within an industrial park, the majority of guests are more senior corporate. No issue at all as everyone just minds their own business and you can still enjoy yourself if there for leisure. There is a very well equipped gym there too and a pool. They do host some parties and events with music etc. but the loud music does close by 23:00.
