Location is good for my requirements Check in was very smooth Room quality is very good

The room lighting switches could have been more simpler as compared to the present digital switches The wardrobe / closet should be outside the bathroom as compared to present one which is inside the washroom

Neat, clean, spacious and staff were very good

Bathroom was small

The stay was good and staff was helpful.

Gets stuck in traffic if peak hours are selected for travel.

I strongly advise against booking Ramada Navi Mumbai for your wedding. The management is unresponsive once payment has been made, and our experience left us deeply disappointed. Our family, based in Dubai, had booked the hotel for our wedding on 5th and 6th March 2026. Following the escalation of the conflict in the region, all flights from Dubai to Mumbai were suspended after 28th February 2026, a situation entirely beyond our control. We proactively notified the hotel on 27th February 2026. While they held our booking until their cut-off date of 2nd March 2026, they showed no willingness to acknowledge that this was a force majeure situation, one notably absent from our contract. The emotional burden this placed on the bride and her family (who had reached early morning on 27th February 2026) was immense, and the least the hotel could have done was refund our initial deposit of ₹3 Lakhs. Instead, they offered the absurd alternative of holding the deposit for one year against the banquet hall alone. No couple with their wedding planned for this year would reasonably accept this. Furthermore, given the one-week advance notice we provided, the hotel had ample opportunity to offer their venue to other guests. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting even a partial refund, we have received no response. Adding to our frustration, the planning process spanning over three months was riddled with hidden charges and last-minute policy disclosures such as last-minute communication of Novex license (informed by the decorator and not hotel Management which is needed to pay songs by Tips, Diljit Dosanjh, Daler Mehndi and various other artists), PPL music licensing fees will be charged per event, and a restriction on buffet service after midnight. We adapted to their demanding terms throughout, yet neither the hotel nor their exclusive vendor partners (including the photographer) have shown any goodwill in addressing our refund request. If you have already booked this venue, review your terms carefully and watch out for undisclosed charges and rigid food and banquet policies. For those still deciding — please consider other options. This hotel will not stand by you when it matters most.
