In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 16% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Extremely CLEAN ! Friendly helpful staff , location perfect , breakfast staff is amazing and the food at breakfast is delicious and beautiful- comfortable bed sheets very good - quite- our standards are very high and I would come back to this place anytime we had business in Bogota

Sonesta in Bogota is a fantastic place. Great food, attentive staff, and extremely clean amenities. I've stayed in si many hotels but this one is by far the best. The breakfast is amazing, and team members remembered what type of coffee I liked! Unreal. Please keep up the good work.
