In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 16% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Children under 8 years of age stay with their parents in existing beds free of charge. Children older than 8 years of age pay COP 70.000 per person per nigh and stay in existing beds. A deposit may be required at the property.
