Swimming pool and friendly and helpful host. Quite and relaxing

We thought breakfast was to be included but no worries when we found out

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday here! The property is lovely, well maintained – and very beautiful! We stayed in one of the two nice one bedroom apartments: Kitchen with table and sofa, bathroom, bedroom, and a lovely private terrace area. The pool area is amazing, with different sitting options, in sun or shade. Some of the sunbeds have power sockets and usb sockets. We enjoyed cooling down in the pool at night, coming back after a day of sightseeing. Ceglie Messapica is a lovely town and the perfect location for visiting other towns; we visited Locorotondo (so beautiful!), Monopoli (lovely!), Martina Franca, Alberobello, Lecce, Bari and many other towns and villages across the region, as well as stunning Matera. Antonella is a very nice, service-minded and caring host, and we are already dreaming of coming back to this lovely place! The place fully lives up to the pictures at Booking.com!

Everything about this place is wonderful!

This property is absolutely adorable. The grounds are beautiful as well as the pool. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable here. It’s a great location to explore so many surrounding towns and beaches. Our host was lovely and had many suggestions for places to eat in the area, which was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return when next in Puglia.

Nothing! Loved it

The one bedroom apartment is perfect. Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen and terrace area. The pool area has plenty of sitting options. The property is in the perfect location to visit Matera, Lecce, Ostuni, Taranto, Gravina, Monopoli and so many other towns and villages across the region. Antonella is a perfect host too. We can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Trullo dei Messapi ! Very peaceful surrounds situated in country laneways a convenient distance from Ceglie where we could drive into enjoy some of the best food at a plethora of excellent restaurants or self cater in the well equipped trullo. Our hosts were super helpful & a beautiful, friendly couple who were quietly there if we needed. Antonella invited us to pick fruit we could use from the orchard on the property which was a highlight for me wandering down each morning to pick apricots for breakfast, or walking the stone walled lanes covered in wild flowers. We loved the little cat who befriended us & came to feed her too. An amazing experience in an authentic, charming location. A little piece of paradise !
