Trullo Dei Messapi

Beautifully and considerately designed Trulli in the rural and peaceful countryside outside Ceglie Messapica. Beautiful pool area but note when out of season the pool isn’t heated. Very refreshing for a sunrise dip in October. Trulli is quaint, authentic, clean and has a modern bathroom. It is well equipped but there is no oven or microwave only a hob and no bath if you plan to eat in on an evening. Antonella our host was so friendly and helpful. She has been incredible throughout the stay going out of her way to offer advice and tips while also bringing fresh bread every morning. A rare find these days to meet someone so kind and genuine.

Nothing. Only point to note is the location is a drive from Ceglie Messapica so you need a car and to be a confident driver as the roads are rural.

the setting of the Trullo was very beautiful- the pool and grounds were lovely and the trullo itself was so unique, cozy and comfortable. the location was great for exploring all of the interesting towns/sites that are nearby - Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, etc. Antonella - the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very kind.

the beds were too hard for our liking and it would have been nice to have a microwave.

a peaceful property to fully relax and make full use of the facilities. We loved the pool area and kitchen, where we had everything we needed.

We loved the breakfast and the space afforded at the property. The pool area was stunning.

The living area could have been a bit better set out but appreciate it is difficult due to it being a trulli.

Beautiful quiet place, nice swimming pool, clean, kind hostess, good place to stay when you want to visit a couple of towns in the middle of Puglia. Dark sleeping room so we slept in every morning.

Exeptionally friendly and helpful owners, made our stay very pleasant. Beautiful pool area, plenty of sun loungers and seating under shade, grounds very pretty with flowers and olive trees. Our trullo was very well thought out in terms of decor and facilities, private patio for breakfast was a delight. Easy to travel by car to the surrounding towns and beaches, but a car is a must to get around. Couldn't find the trulli at first, but a helpful couple in the town drove us there while we followed, the people are so kind. We absolutely loved our week here and would recommend it to all age groups .

Sehr gutes, stilvolles Apartment mit wunderschöner Aussenanlage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das einzige was fehlt, ist ein fußläufig erreichbares Restaurant.
