5min walk to beach. Nice staff. But room smells urine

The hotel staff was nice, the pool was small it cool.

Great location in Patong! We found it extremely convenient with a 7-11 next door, restaurants, bars and shops surrounding. It was also a short walk to the beach. Other than a random few hours where the bathroom had a weird smell, I could not fault the hotel. In addition, the staff were friendly and added to a great experience in Phuket.

Was a good distance to the beach/Bangla road. Comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Couldn't really ask for more considering the price paid

The hotel is modern and nice. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. There were a few problems I faced with the A/C. It stopped working many times in my room and leaked in the floor. My shower also did not work well regulating hot and cold temperature. I changed rooms, unfortunately I experienced similar problems in the second room as well. The A/C leaked, but it still cooled. The shower in this room only had hot water occasionally, so I took cold showers often. I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting affordable and nice accommodation in Patong. I just hope they fix their A/C and shower issues.

This is a great boutique hotel. Just outside the madness of Patong but close enough to walk. The rooms are big, new and comfy beds. For the price this is a win win.

Very disappointed as I had $50AU and most of my medications stolen from my room, also all of luggage was gone through. While I was there another couple had their jewellery stolen as well. I informed the staff and they said they would contact me but this never eventuated. Also the air-conditioning for the room constantly needed re-gassing, 4 times in 7 nights. Besides this the accommodation was comfortable as long as you didn't open the window, there was a smelly waterway running beside the hotel. You get what you pay for, $65 a night and that is what I got.

Hotel is new and beautiful. Receptionists are professional and extremely friendly, willing to help, speaking perfect english! All staff in hotel starting from housekeeping and finishing with kitchen chefs are smiling and saying good morning, treats guests nicely - it is a big value!! breakfast was amazing and so cheap!!! Girls working there so funny and friendly- provided exceptional service! Pool is cine, however cannot get suntan as not much sun can get there because of building construction. Lication is good-everything is close, but bit noisy but so is everywhere in Patong. Will definitely be back!
