"Excellent"

The staff were friendly and it is good value for money, however there was noise at night, the aircondition broke down and we waited nearly 90mintues for the technician to fix it

"Great place to stay in a great area"

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to us, helped us print our ferry tickets with no problem at all. Free water, tea and coffee were in the room. We didn't feel like they were trying to nickel and dime us and if you've stayed in other hotels in Thailand you know that this is exceptional.

"good price good location"

Generally everything good and love it. The only thing was when we first day arrive, found out there are two yellow stains on tower. Also WiFi was slow in the room.

"Beautiful hotel. Patong is a dump"

This hotel itself is beautiful. Was looked after upon check in with a drink and cold towel. Really impressed with the hotel. Bangla road isn't far. We walked 30 mins there and tuk tuk cost 200 bht each way. Patong itself is a dump and I wouldn't go there again. Don't take photos of the lady boys as they get really aggressive.

"Nice hotel"

The hotel was really great. The pool is beautiful. The only weird thing that happened was the bathroom that would smell like urine after a few days and the AC would start leaking at night. But I would go back there again
