Tout était très bien lors de notre séjour avec notre bébé. La piscine était propre, les parasols offraient de l’ombre et la pataugeoire est très agréable. Le buffet propose un large choix chaque jour et tout est très bon : nous avons très bien mangé. La navette située devant l’hôtel pour se rendre dans le centre de Marrakech est très pratique. Le personnel de l’hôtel est à l’écoute, attentif et très gentil. Très bel hotel et de belles prestations, nous reviendrons.

La qualité de la literie n’était pas catastrophique, mais pas exceptionnelle non plus. Il y a peu, voire pas du tout, de jeux pour les enfants en dehors de la piscine. Il y a un toboggan et des balançoires, mais ils sont réservés au kids club, ce qui est dommage.

The size of the resort. Friendliness of staff. Variety of activities (Big up to Mouad for introducing me to Archery) 3 Different swimming pools Good food.

Aging accommodations. Piping gives off a smell some times after showers. Outside dining hours, only a food truck is available with long queues.

Très propre, très bon buffet avec beaucoup de choix, personnel gentil, les animateurs ne sont pas collants comme dans les autres clubs, on y reviendra sûrement

Aucune explication au niveau du check in sur le fonctionnement, l’emplacement du restaurant… d’ailleurs en voulant avoir des serviettes pour la piscine ils nous annoncent qu’il fallait donner une caution lors du chek in et récupérer une carte chose qu’on nous a pas dites
