Сніданок та Вечеря

Дуже розчарований змінами, які відбулися в готелі. Я відвідував цей готель близько 15 разів і завжди щиро рекомендував його друзям та знайомим як якісне місце для відпочинку. Саме тому нинішні зміни особливо неприємні й відчутні. Вода в термальному басейні більше не змінюється щодня, хоча раніше це було стандартом. Для закладу, який позиціонує себе як 5-зірковий готель і місце для оздоровлення, це виглядає як суттєве погіршення умов і викликає серйозні питання щодо гігієни та рівня сервісу. Окреме обурення викликає введення плати за паркінг. З огляду на вартість проживання, додаткові платежі за базові зручності виглядають як спроба максимально монетизувати кожну дрібницю. Також неприємно, що тепер окремо оплачується сауна. Складається враження, що замість розвитку сервісу адміністрація обрала шлях постійних додаткових зборів для гостей. Особливо це дивує з огляду на статус 5-зіркового готелю. Такий підхід не відповідає рівню, який очікуєш від закладу цієї категорії, і суттєво псує загальне враження. На жаль, після багатьох візитів вперше серйозно замислююсь, чи варто повертатися сюди знову і чи можу я надалі рекомендувати цей готель іншим.
