My parents got the stay at Lotus Therme Hotel&Spa as a gift. They have really enjoyed every minute of their stay, from the start when they have arrived, spoke with receptionist until the last minute of this holiday everything was excellent. It was nice to hear how happy and relaxed they have felt. My dad had health issues - trapped nerve in his neck - and awaiting for the surgery, but being 2x in the healing water of this hotel, he felt much better, what we could not say in the past 5 months as he was in constant pain. Now I wish I would have send them much earlier to this amazing place and for more than 3 days, maybe we would avoid even the surgery. For sure, they will be back for a well deserved rest again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Frühstücks Buffet war ein Traum. Es gab alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Lecker, viel Auswahl und warm. Abend Buffett auch sehr viel und lecker. Ruhiger Spa Bereich mit beheizten Außenpool -sogar mit Massage Liege Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Wiese, Bäume etc. Wald feeling. Man kann viel spazieren gehen . Sogar direkt daneben ist ein Reitstall.

Leider bei der Ankunft gab es keine Einweisung. Wo kurz erklärt wird wo alles genau ist . Wir mussten selbst herum suchen wo der Spa Bereich sowie unser Zimmer ist . Zimmer sollte sauber sein jedoch waren große sichtbare Flecken auf der Bettdecke. Unter dem Bett wurde länger nicht gesaugt. Am Balkon darf man nicht rauchen . Man muss stets runter zum Eingang gehen . Für 5 Sterne haben wir uns das Zimmer auch etwas besser vorgestellt.
