You took a £50 deposit upon check in when I checked out you took another £54. I raised this and the lady explained that it was in error. She said she would refund it. Still not received!! I am currently £104 out of pocket?? Please rove this ASAP. This is further to the fact that breakfast took over 45mins to be served and the fact I booked Brooke’s hotel but you sent me to a different hotel due to being overbooked. I am not impressed

"Overpriced for the state of the room"

They have a lift.

Bathroom floor is in need of urgent repair thick tiles broken loose and sunken. I had to place a bath towel folded to avoid injury to foot. Can’t understand why they would use the room with the bathroom floor as is. I had to clean the thick dust from the fan blades before I could use it. The room smelt stale windows in main room could not be left open because of proximity to the ground and people coming and going to the caravans.

Lovely courtyard setting, 24 hour access, elegant curved banister up the stairs, cosy friendly feel, very friendly staff team.

Very good value for money - couldn’t have felt more welcome

Breakfast was nice, except no tomato ketchup until our last morning. Also when we arrived I asked if they had soya milk, they didn’t but they didn’t get it and we were there 3 nights.

Room appeared clean but on closer inspection could have been cleaner. One of the bedside lights didn’t work which I forgot to mention.
