Studio 6 Suites - Richland, MS - Jackson

The location was very convenient and close enough to my destination. The price was fair for the length of time that I required. I was also pleased with how friendly and professional the staff was during service of customers.

The room was stuffy and stale. It also had smoky smell with the heavy scent of some kind of cleaner mixed in that only made the smell worse. We had to air the room out before turning the air on a lower temperature setting.

Quick check in and check out. Bathroom towel rack was broken Shampoo despensor gone, ripped off wall Conditioner despensor empty

The property was in the middle of renovation. It was so close to the Inter State that engine brakes sounded throughout the night.

I booked a summer room with a picture of a nice pool. I went to go use it and it was greener than green jello

I love it here the staff is so friendly the rooms are clean and they have a pool!!!I would recommend this hotel every time!!! They even have breakfast! If you want to have a good night rest come to surestay.. the coffee here is really good too .. thanks for being so friendy!

Do NOT STAY HERE!!! not worth the money this is more of a 50$ motel, they charged me 120 something I was traveling with my family we all were so tired so we slept in our clothes for 2-3 hrs and left. The couch pull out looked like a murder scene, I’m not from area was passing thru I depend on reviews yet I was so tired I didn’t check them, Biggest mistake I made!! If I could give it a zero I would!!

The closeness to the main interstates/highways was very convenient. I was able to get to all of my destinations from the hotel with ease.

There was a large crack under the door, which brought a lot of light into the room at night. Bugs used this crack to enter the room. I saw moths, flies, and two roaches in my room. The towels were old and dirty. The comforters on the beds had stains on them. The cable did not work, which made the nice large television useless. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

The pool was nasty. No one should get in there, it need to be cleaned daily. ( couldn’t use) Nothing is as it was online. The room was fairly clean. It was more of a extended stay property, then a out of towner property.

The tv nor phone worked, one of the lights needed a new light bulb. When we complained they moved us to another room that didn't have a walk in shower.

El lugar está bien, solo le falta mucha limpieza el piso sucio,las sábanas y cobijas sucias,la tina del baño sucia, la cortina del baño necesita ser reemplazada porque ya tiene mucha lama y también había pelos en el piso y hay mucha gente fumando afuera y eso hace que el humo se meta por los orificios de la puerta que por cierto necesita ser sellada y deberían de tener un área para fumar, pero por el precio el lugar es bueno.
