A chair was missing a wheel, and a light was missing a shade, and I saw a few cockroaches and other critters. But the beds were fantastic, and all appliances were clean and working. Overall, I think I will return sometime in the future.

Good and safe place to stopover night although it is an industrial area. Next to a freight train junction.

Economical and safe location although it’s industrial area.

I only stayed one night, but i paided for 3. The room had spiders, bugs, a broken air conditioner, and the pull out sofa was badly stained,dirty, and torn.

The location was terrible. Very hard to find in the dark. It is situated right in the middle of dozens of industrial businesses. It is a fish out of water. The building was obviously in the middle of updates. Parts of it were old and dilapidated, and parts of it were new-ish. The bed seemed to be newer, but the other furnishings were terrible. They were uncomfortable and squeaky. All of the furnishings in the room and the room’s fixtures looked like they were from the 1960s. Even though we made a reservation three months in advance, we still had to wait for over an hour for a room to be cleaned for us at 6 PM. What made it even worse was that everything in the room except the mattress looked like it had a bucket of cleaner poured over it and was just left to air dry. My feet got immediately black on the bottom when I walked across the room. It makes you wonder what they cleaned; apparently not the floor, although it was also soaked with water. When the front desk was asked if they had an extra pillow, they replied that “they are out of pillows.“ They are in the business of making things comfortable for someone to spend the night and they don’t have a pillow? The “Included breakfast“ was absolutely terrible. It consisted of mediocre coffee, stale rolls, a broken orange juice machine, and a slow waffle maker. The hotel staff were completely ineffective. No matter what item we asked for, their reply was “we are out of it.“

I didn't partake of the breakfast. The location was a little out of the way.

I reserved a room what was to be handicap accessible. When I arrived, I was kindly informed that my room was occupied. So I was giving another room. There was a sofa bed in this room, which I pulled out for my wheelchair bound spouse to use. Stains and DOG HAIR was all I saw. My spouse informed me he was not staying there.
