Localização, café da manhã impecável, limpeza e gentileza dos funcionários

Tv com apenas 3 canais, sem espelho no quarto e quarto minúsculo. Tive que trocar de apto pq o ar condicionado nao funcionava. O frigobar nao tinha quantidade de produto suficiente. o cofre e o telefone nao funcionavam.
