The smell was not too bad in the room and they would give me a cup of ice to take to the room for free

The many dustballs under the bed would blow in and out from the bed. But sheets with stains were changed quickly

A única coisa que eu gostei foi da limpeza, o pessoal da limpeza estão de parabéns! Do resto foi realmente lamentável!

Eu não gostei do quarto era muito pequeno, o armário não dava para guardar as roupas, nem parecia um armário, o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, não tinha interfone para falar com a recepção eu precisei usar meu celular para ligar, a internet ficava caindo toda hora, na hora de usar a piscina era muito pequena com 4 cadeiras e já estavam ocupadas, e o senhor da recepção nos vendo ir para a piscina ficou no nosso caminho dizendo que estava um dia bom para uma praia, não entendi fiquei incomodada e subir para a piscina, o recepcionista disse que levaria os cobertores mas não levou mesmo eu tendo telefonado duas vezes solicitando, sinceramente não voltarei, precisa urgentemente fazer um treinamento com os funcionários para melhorar o atendimento!

El personal muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos ayudar. Cada vez que les pedí agua caliente para prepararle el biberón a mi hija me la dieron de inmediato. El desayuno muy variado, todo bien preparado, fresco y lo reponen constantemente. Las habitaciones cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona excelente, eso se agradece con el calor que hace en Brasil. Tiene buena ubicación, sector seguro, supermercado y otras tiendas cercas.

Todo fue muy bueno, sin duda los recomendaré.

Quarto novo, amplo, banheiro ótimo.

Tudo foi maravilhoso em nossa hospedagem, desde a chegada até a saída. Os funcionários atenciosos, prestativos, educados. A localização é ótima, mesmo não sendo em frente ao mar, pois o trecho é calmo e seguro. Não nos sentimos inseguras pra andar na rua, mesmo quando chegamos durante a madrugada de um passeio. Super recomendo.
