El desayuno era muy bueno, bien servido y bastante variado. Además, el personal a cargo siempre fue muy amable y servicial, ayudando en todo lo necesario. Otro punto positivo fue el amplio horario de atención, lo que resultó muy cómodo y conveniente.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que durante toda la estadía hubo trabajos de remodelación y construcción en varios pisos cercanos al nuestro. Según entendí, estaban trabajando en los pisos 11 y 13, mientras nosotros nos hospedábamos en el 12. Claramente no se trataba de arreglos menores, sino de trabajos programados que incluían taladros y maquinaria pesada, comenzando desde muy temprano. Esto hacía que, antes de las 10:00 a. m., el ruido ya fuera prácticamente insoportable. De haber sabido con anticipación que habría obras durante la estadía, quizás habría buscado otra opción de alojamiento, ya que esto afectó de manera importante la experiencia.

Tendría que esforzarme en pensar , no logro llegar a algo que no me haya gustado.. tal vez el ascensor (que son dos) es muy lento.. nada mas

El desayuno estaba muy bueno, completo, fresco, variado y organizado. ¡Excelente desayuno! El hotel lo están remodelando y nos tocó una habitación muy bonita, nos gustó mucho que la cama fue muy cómoda y que se hiciera aseo diariamente, nos dieron toallas nuevas todos los días. Gracias por eso. El personal de recepción habla español, eso también nos gustó mucho.

El acceso al servicio de planchado de ropa fue un poco difícil. La piscina es pequeña.
