NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL Comenzando con el check in, un señor poco amable. La habitación que nos tocó era linda y moderna sin embargo olía muy mal el baño. El primer día el personal de limpieza NOS ROBÓ DINERO de nuestra ropa, cuando fuimos a hacer el reclamo en recepción nos mandaron a la policía. Le pregunté cómo íbamos a proceder respecto a la limpieza del cuarto ya que no iba a querer que ingrese la misma persona, NO ME DIO SOLUCIÓN. Tuve que pedir cada día que NO me hagan la limpieza al cuarto, un servicio que había abonado. UN DESASTRE, el personal POCO AMABLE. La piscina pequeña, el jacuzzi no funcionaba aunque se supone que tiene que estar a disposición. Todos los días comenzaban ruidos de construcción a las 8 am. Lo único que puedo destacar es el desayuno que era rico y completo.

La cama era muy cómoda, la habitación en general grande y cómoda, el baño también, limpio, wolo estuvimos una noche y nuestro vuelo salía tarde, nos permitieron guardar equipaje y cambiarnos y bañarnos antes de ir al aeropuerto, buen desayuno.

El desayuno, muy variado y rico. Excelente. Y el personal súper atento.

La habitación era muy pequeña, con mala aislación acústica, el baño se sentían los ruidos del baño contiguo, con la lluvia entraba agua por el aire acondicionado y caía sobre las camas , el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y sin control remoto.
