La cercanía al paseo marítimo y la playa

La limpieza y las instalaciones están muy mal cuidadas, los exteriores no tienen que ver nada con las fotos mal cuidada y sucios con una parte llena de enseres que han quitado de la cocina y los amontonan a la vista de los huéspedes. En las habitaciones no puedes abrir el balcón porque se llena de mosquitos.En las paredes habían manchas de sangre de mosquitos,que habían sido aplastados por otros huéspedes y nadie ha limpiado. El primer día que fuimos a desayunar vimos una cucaracha en el comedor y no hemos ido más a pesar de tener pagado el desayuno de toda la estancia. Le pedimos la devolución del dinero que pagamos por el resto de los días . Al principio nos dijeron que si y luego nos dijeron que reclamasenos a Booking. Ese hotel debería de estar entre dos y tres estrellas. Pero el aspecto que tiene y la poca limpieza en las habitaciones y exterior nunca de cuatro estrellas. En cuanto a la limpieza del baño, nunca nos hemos quedado en ningún sitio dónde la grifería no se ha limpiado nunca. Adjunto fotos.

La situación

La cantidad de mosquitos que había en las habitaciones gracias al agua retenida que tienen en las instalaciones. No se podía abrir en ningún momento del dia y tuvimos que comprar un spray y tener que soportar el olor cada dia. 5 dias sin WiFi en todas las instalaciones sin ninguna explicación.

Arredamento stanza (l'armadio mancava di una anta a specchio) e il funzionamento della doccia abbastanza precario Forse sono in corso miglioramenti sulla parte meno recente
