Nie zostałam tam na ani jedną noc

Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu. Stan pokoju, a szczególnie łazienki, był skandaliczny i nie miał nic wspólnego ze standardem prezentowanym w ofercie. Widoczna rdza, zniszczenia przy odpływie prysznica oraz ogólne zaniedbanie wskazują na poważne braki w utrzymaniu czystości i higieny. Podróżowaliśmy z niemowlęciem, dlatego warunki te były dla nas absolutnie nieakceptowalne i stanowiły realne zagrożenie zdrowotne. Zmuszeni byliśmy natychmiast zrezygnować z pobytu — nie spędziliśmy tam ani jednej nocy. Mimo zgłoszenia sprawy, hotel nie udzielił żadnej odpowiedzi i całkowicie zignorował problem. Jesteśmy stratni pieniądze za wykupione noce, hotel nie odzywa się w kwestii zwrócenia ich z powodu nie dotrzymania umowy. Brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji oraz standard znacząco odbiegający od oferty sprawiają, że nie mam żadnego zaufania do tego miejsca. Nie polecam i zdecydowanie nie wrócę. AKTUALIZACJA: Hotel nie odpowiadał na telefony ani z mojej strony ani przy zgloszeniu sprawy booking.com. Pieniądze zostały zwrócone ze strony banku, który po zapoznaniu sie ze sprawą i problemami z obiektem, zdecydował się cofnąć transakcje.

Food was fantastic, staff all friendly and gave great advice when requested on where to visit etc.

Signs of hotel being updated, can see it will look incredible. Some may not like the obvious works happening around the complex, but it didn't interrupt or have an impact on our stay.
