Good value. Friendly professional service.

A pleasant place with very friendly reception. Nice arabian style breakfast, proper free wifi - what else do you want from a hotel. Was even offered free upgrade from regular to suite. However, city center is not really walking distance for most and the surrounding area is businesses or businesses under construction. Also, taxi drivers probably would not know it.

I met two managers and both of them were awfully unkind. When I checked in, the manager gave the room key to the hotel employee wthout asking me whether I want for him to bring my luggage. I felt that he looked down on me. And I checked out the other manager asked me whether I used munibar even if there was no minibar. In the room, there was a small refrigerator but when I opened it, it was empty and dirty with dirt. He was a manager but he didn't know the frige was empty and not used for a long time? The only positive thing in the hotel the cook in the restaurant. He was very kind!!!

Great little hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean . Would definitely stay again.

Very good value for money. My room was upgraded to a room with kitchen which was very comfortable and large. The neighborhood is quiet and you have some nightlife spots and a supermarket nearby. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. Would stay here again.

Good hotel for just stay. The hotel staff is so helpful and great!!

The hotel was nice, the location was excellent, the breakfast offered (buffet) was OK, won't say great. The rooms were fine, clean and comfort. The only thing disappointing was the Gym. Equipments were totally poor, informed the hotel management and promised the fix the situation. Definitely, won’t happen during my stay. Hope, the management will seriously consider fixing this issue, to maintain overseas customers demand overseas.
