It is a nice friendly place to stay with or without family.

Great hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, clean room, good internet, and decent breakfast. Great value.

Great service especially from one of the gentlemen at the front desk who gave us plenty of directions and information. Location-wise, most taxi drivers seemed very unfamiliar with the street

We were extremely pleased with the service quality offered by all the staffs at Gardenia Hotel! We felt the great hospitality and the hotel made our stay in Amman the memorable one. The location was also very convenient as there were plenty of places to eat out as well as the big supermarket was right next to the premise. We definitely recommend Gardenia Hotel to everyone!!

we booked the triple room for 4 nights. the hotel is new with good security level. the buffett breakfast includes Mid-Eastern dishes and plenty of continental food (no pork though). the staff were very helpful. the location is very convenient (Safeway is just round the corner). the Culture Street is not too far (street activities are arranged regularly).

We booked triple room for 2nights but it was not triple single bed. There were two single and one extra bed which is not fit to sleep on. We request to remove extra bed and put the bed together then they upgrade us to suite room. Though one of us had to sleep on sofa bed the condition of the bed was much better. We really appreciate their quick responding and caring. A part of it, room condition was perfect, breakfast also resonable and staffs were so friendly and helpful.

In general stay was nice and comfortable.

Good hotel. Restaurants about a 20 minutes walk. Downtown a bit far but there is no real downtown to Amman.
