Es un hotel precioso, con todas las facilidades. Las habitaciones cómodas y muy amplias. El onsen espectacular. Merece mucho la pena.

Estaba un poco alejado de todo. A unos 15 minutos andando y sin opción de bus (el hotel tiene transporte a la estación que está como a 10 minutos andando, sale cada 20-30 minutos pero termina pronto y no empieza antes de las 9:00h).

"Very tired, poorly maintained mass-production hotel"

Honestly sub-optimal. They have several buildings - so may be there are newer and nicer facilities somewhere. The old building we stayed at is tired, over-used, under-maintained, smelly, overcrowded, and therefore overpriced.

Small, under-maintained, smelly room. Cracks in the bathroom, tired uncomfortable mattresses, smelly pillows, stained carpets, not hospitable staff - they are just doing their job. Mass-production onsen with plastic utensils.

Very large room - shame we were only there for one night.

Nos gustó todo! El alojamiento es una maravilla, los onsen preciosos, el personal super amable. Nos vieron con las maletas saliendo del hotel (pensábamos que perdimos el bus transfer a la estación de tren) y se ofrecieron amablemente a llevarnos.
